Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Skydive Tracker (the "Service"), operated by Skydive Tracker ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Skydive Tracker displays the position of jump aircraft and related dropzone information by combining publicly available ADS-B flight data with manifest data. The Service is provided for situational awareness and entertainment only.
Not for safety-critical use. The Service must not be relied upon for navigation, air-traffic awareness, jump-run decisions, aircraft separation, or any safety- or life-critical purpose. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for following the instructions of your dropzone, pilots and instructors.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing & trials
- Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and the features included are shown at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.
- Where a free trial is offered, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Statutory rights (including UK/EU consumer cancellation rights, where applicable) are not affected.
- We may change prices on notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service; attempt to access it by automated means or scrape data beyond normal use; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer it; or use it to infringe the rights of others or break the law.
5. Data & third-party sources
Flight data is derived from third-party ADS-B networks and manifest data from third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of third-party data, and such data remains subject to the rights of its respective providers.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or any data within it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
